Dahlia Day 2025

Help us celebrate the end of our cut flower season with Dahlia Day!

This hugely popular workshop is where we invite you to visit the cutting garden and cut ALL our dahlias in preparation for their winter hibernation. We'll also chat about how we grow our dahlias, discussing how we over-winter the dahlias, taking cuttings, tuber and seed sown dahlias, and using dahlias as cut flowers.

If that wasn't enough, you can take a walk through the autumnal cutting garden where you can cut any stems that are still blooming. You're also welcome to visit the foliage grove and cut any stems to compliment your flowers.

Participants attending can expect to take home a lovely big bucket of flowers containing at least 30-40 stems.
